Today,we went back to school for our Biochemical Techniques(BCT) lecture with Dr Bessie Fong and elaborate with us about the different processes on immunoblotting,mainly DNA(Deoxyribonucleic acid) is for the Southern blotting,RNA(Ribonucleic acid) is for Northern blotting and for proteins and nucleic acids are for Western blotting.Luckily,there is no Eastern blotting,if not,all the directions willl be display for the different kinds of blotting which intentionally will mixed up the usual directions. Anyway,after that,we went to the office for some discussion and laterally,went back to the hostel for our dinner and also for our leisure time.That is the time whereby we make up for the morning which we did have a good rest.
