Today,we went to school to attend for our Biochemical Techniques tutorial for our SDS-PAGE gel reference.As usual,Dr Bessie Fong was always ahead of time and eventually did chat with us.After that,we try to adapt and understand using her techniques on how going about to give the result of the protein bands by using a gel as a reference and needed to plot a graph determining the bands by using the molecular weight and also distance from the separating gel migrated.At first,we were quite unsure about it but after several trials and also explanations from her,we were able to understand and do it.
