Today our lesson started at afternoon is on microbes and infection practical. We join the year three students, gary, amin and i have been separated in different groups. Our lecturer Bessie Fong have instructed us what to do in the practical. In the first place they have already done the bacterial culture, which use our human skin cell, throat cell and rectum for culture. What we do is record down the hemolytic type, size, shape etc. Next we do gram staining and view it under microscope at 1000x to see the bacterial morpholog and all this steps we have done are totally the same which we already learned in our school. The only thing that is different in hong kong is that they most of the time did not wear gloves to do their experiments. We think that this is very dangerous but we still follow them..
