Today as normal, we went to lesson waking up early in the morning. The first lesson we attend is the practical on animal cell culture. During this practical, we have to finish up the practical iewhereby we have to stain the sub culture with wright stain and also to centrifuge the medium which is taken from the sub culture. Then after staining, we view it under the microscope whereby it muz be done in the dark room in the presence of UV light. The purpose of it is to see clearly the mycoplasma. Next, we proceed for our lunch in the canteen. As usual, the auntie there cant even understand what we are trying to say. And even reply us in a very impolite way. Haiz.. all we have to depend is to point at what we want to eat. This is so troublesome. Rather go to the nearest mtr whereby there is a shopping mall eat. The people there can still kow what we are tryinh to say. We have our lecture on BCT in the afternoon whereby Dr. Fong explain to us the usual mistake the student make during the lab report for the preparation of buffer. Is the graph part where the mistake comes. We also did hand i our report, thank god Dr. Fong didnt mention anything which means is still okie. After the lecture, we went to the lab to see our result for the gel electrophoresis we did last week as we need to analysed the result with the use of an equipment which we still do not know the name but u can see it from the above picture i took. There after, we will post it to the IVE website where every students can see the results. Dr. Fong also mention to us about the test on what do we have to concentrate. After that we thought of waiting for the express bus to bring us to sheung wan but then is still an hour long. We decided to take the mtr back to the hostel. Thats all for now.
