On this day we have to go back to our school to see the result. As Amin have mention it yesterday, we wake up very early in the morning and normally we will eat at macdonal for our breakfirst but we decided to eat after our practical. Actually our practical for today is short and sweet. During our practical we check our enterovactertube and compare with the theory from the textbook. Then see the different between the inoculated, uninoculated compounds and record it down the reference sheet. On the reference sheet itself we have to total up the number and the biocode is formed and our teacher say we will check the biocode on the next practical so as to see what type of the bacteria it is. After that we add the kovac & acetoin reagent to the enterovactertube and observe whether there is any colour of the reagent. Next we clear up every things and leave the lab. Back to hostel.
