In the morning, we have biochemical techniques practical. The purpose of this practical is to identify the mixture of protein which contains bovine serum albumin (BSA). This time we are given SDS-PAGE, of cause we load and run the gel. and then transferred to nitrocellulose membrane using a semi-dry electrophoretic blotting system. In order to delect the BSA on the blot, it will bt used as the primary antibody and we have to add our secondary antibody. Lastly we add substrate in order to see the colour on the blots. This practical took us 4 hours and 30 min to finish. We are totally sick and tired, lucky this is our only lesson of the day. After lesson we went to element which is one of the shopping mall at kowloon MTR station, to watch a movie which is acted by James Bond so that to relax ourself and we have our lunch and dinner there as well.
