Today we went to attend the morning practical lesson of animal cell culture technique. Not only that we also have our toxicology lecture as in within small group. We learn more on the introduction which is only lecture one. Then we observe their students doing the subculturing, cloning cells by limiting dilution and plating efficiency. We also got to hand on. On our haemocytometer, we start counting the cells by observing under the microscope 100X. We have our lunch at their IVE chai wan canteen which the food taste quite nice but expensive HK$24 convert to sing dollar is $4.60 for just only one meal. Can u imagine if we spent 2 months there just on food and do you think that we don`t need to buy other anythings? After lunch we went on to attend our next lesson which is on biochemical technique lecture for two hours and that is end of our day.
